We are so grateful that AARP Minnesota is our 2025 presenting sponsor for The Caregiver Klatch and is supporting this essential program.

We still need support for:

Commitment: $12,000 

• Prominent Logo Placement: Your organization's logo will be prominently featured on the Klatch webpage, as well as on Klatch announcements in emails, reaching a whole audience of caregivers and stakeholders.
• Acknowledgment at each Sequel Maker's Klatch: You will be thanked by name, showcasing your commitment to supporting caregivers. Materials about your organization and any resources you offer will be available at each Klatch.

Commitment: $1,000 a month

• Prominent Logo Placement: Your organizations linked log will be prominently featured on both the Caregiver and Sequel Maker's Klatch webpages, as a sponsor of the Klatch Growth Fund.
• Flexible Support: This level of support enables sponsors to choose how many months of support they would like to sponsor.

The Hootenanny is our annual celebration of Caregivers and the Volunteers who serve them. This is also the evening when we present our Founder’s Awards for Courage, Resilience, and Compassion. 

Commitment: $8,000 

• Prominent Logo Placement: Your organization's logo will be prominently featured on the Hootenanny webpage, as well as on all related social media.
• Acknowledgment at the Hootenanny: You will be thanked by name, showcasing your commitment to supporting caregivers. Materials about your organization and any resources you offer will be available at the Hootenanny registration table.
• Choose: either a free exhibit space at CaregiverCON 20205 OR have your organization's logo featured on the Corporate Sponsor Panel of The Storm Chaser, our mobile support kitchen.

When you sponsor Storm Chasers, you enable us to be there for two families going through a storm. 

Commitment: $2,500

• Mobile Logo Placement: When you sponsor the Storm Chaser’s Program in 2025, your organization's logo will be featured on The Storm Chaser, our mobile support kitchen. There are 2 potential locations for your Logo: The Corporate Sponsor Panel and the Individual Sponsor Panel. On the individual Sponsor Panel, individuals can make a tribute donation in honor of someone who has inspired them to give. 

Designed for new caregivers, Help! I'm a Caregiver provides those caring for a loved on with a health crisis gain a solid understanding of the many resources available to them. This information can make a big difference in the lives of them and their loved ones.

Commitment: $2,000

• Prominent Logo Placement: When you sponsor the Help! I'm a Caregiver! in 2025, your organization's linked logo will be prominently featured on the Help! I'm a Caregiver! webpage.
• Free Exhibit Space at CaregiverCON 2025
• Acknowledgment: At each Help! I'm a Caregiver! session. You will be thanked by name, showcasing your commitment to supporting caregivers. Materials about your organization and any resources you offer will be made available to participants.

Jack-to-Jack connects caregiving men to other guys who have been in their shoes. You might laugh together, cry together or just grab a coffee or beers together and well, shoot the shit.

Commitment: $1,500

• Prominent Logo Placement: When you sponsor the Jack-to-Jack program in 2025, your organization's linked logo will be prominently featured on the Jack-to-Jack webpage.

Respite Events are an important way to care for Jacks. Whether it is a Caregiver who needs a break from caregiving, or a Sequel Maker who is trying to figure out life after losing their person, respite events offer a way for these guys to spend time with other guys like themselves.

Commitment: Varies depending on the event

• Provide a Meaningful Experience: Respite events offer the opportunity to sponsor a specific event that is connected to you or your organization in a meaningful way.
• Opportunity to Present Business: An in-kind donation of a service or experience provides our guys with something memorable and gives your business exposure.
• Prominent Logo Placement: When you sponsor a respite event, your organization's linked logo will be prominently featured on the event webpage.
